What kind of photograph of my child do you recommend I send in?
We recommend you send us a snapshot or portrait photo of your child that meets the following guidelines:

•Your child’s face is at least the size of a quarter.
•Your child’s face is well-focused.
•Your child’s face is not obstructed by any object.
•Your child is not wearing a hat or bow.
No Polaroid photographs, please.

 
 
We reserve the right to refuse any customer submitted photos at our sole discretion.
Can the photograph I submit have people in it other than my child?
Yes, as long as we can see your child’s entire face. We will separate your child from the background. Just make sure you indicate which person is your child.
 
 
Can I send more than one photograph if I’m not sure which one will be best?
Sure! If you have trouble picking, we’ll be happy to choose for you. Only one photo will be used for each product.
 
 
If I mail my photo, will it be returned?
No, due to the nature of our production process we are not able to return your photo.
