Privacy
Yellow Frog is committed to respecting the privacy rights of our customers and all visitors to our web site. We ensure that none of your privacy rights as stated herein are ever violated. We use your information to process your order and will not be disclosed unless otherwise required by law.

 

Pricing
All pricing is in Australian Dollars (AUD) and includes GST (10%).

 

Refund and exchange
14 day money back guarantee
Yellow Frog endeavours to provide you with a product at the highest quality goods. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, simply return the item in its original, unused condition (including all original packaging and tags) within 14 days for a full refund, less postage costs. If you have any questions or concerns regarding your order or our return policy, please contact us.

 

For goods purchased under clearance items, no refunds or exchange will be provided as we are unable to place back orders on these items.

Damages
Any damaged / incorrect goods should be returned to us for replacement. We may require you to return the item before a replacement is dispatched. If an item is not returned to us within 14 days of a replacement being sent we reserve the right to charge the cost of the replacement.

 

Order Cancellation
If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible. If we have not already dispatched your order we may be able to cancel it. If your order has already been dispatched, please refer to the Refund & Exchange Policy.

 

Postage and Handling
Yellow Frog understand that as a customer, you want the convenience of speedy delivery, just like walking into a store and purchasing your product and taking it home. Once your payment has been cleared into Yellow Frog's account your goods will be posted at 10 am the next day ( excluding weekends and public holidays) where your goods will be posted the next working day.

 

Postage is via express post and this ensures protection and enables us to track your delivery in case unforeseen circumstances may arise. Our postage rates are flat rate across Australia at $9.95 per satchel (3 kilogram maximum weight per satchel) via Express Post. Usual delivery takes 1 business day in all capital cities and no longer than 3 working days to remote areas.

 

For International customers, please contact us to discuss the postage charge, as we will require further information to ensure we meet your satisfaction. Alternatively, you may use the Australia Post website to calculate an estimate for your postage & handling cost.

Yellow Frog offer several convenient forms of payment.

Yellow Frog accepts payment via credit card on paypal. You can be assured that this is a safe means of payment as Paypal is used worldwide and has strict security measures to prevent fraudulent activities.

 

Alternatively, you may pay by cheque or money order, or deposit your funds directly into our bank account.

 

Your order will be sent to you once the funds have been cleared into Yellow Frog’s account.

 

Please use your order number as your deposit reference to enable us to track clearance.
